Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Click on MY APPS then Service Plans

2. On your Service Plans dashboard click + Service Plan in the top right corner.

3. Name the plan and add a description including all details about what the plan includes. If you wish to automatically apply a discount to all jobs for customers on this service plan, enter the discount name and amount. Then press NEXT in the top right corner.

4. Set the number of included visits per year, the plan duration, and payment options. Then press NEXT in the top right corner.

NOTE: If you do not setup your Service Plan to be payable by cash, check, other, the customer will only be able to pay for their plan by credit card. If you accept cash, check, or other forms of payment and do not collect for the full price of the plan upfront, it will be up to you to collect on payments when they are due. You will see these plans in the Due for Billing section of your Service Plans Dashboard when they are due. Because of this, it is recommended that if you are not collecting for the full price of any given plan upfront that the customer should pay by credit card.

5. Create any Add-ons for this plan. Common Add-ons include additional units or premium optional services that complement the standard plan. Then click CREATE PLAN in the top right corner.
