Resetting your Housecall Pro Password

How to reset your password.

If you or a colleague have forgotten your password (don’t worry, it happens to everyone!), just follow the steps below to reset it on the HCP website or mobile app.

Reset Your Password from the HCP Website

  • Click 'Forgot Password?' from the From the Housecall Pro Sign in page

  • Next, enter the email address associated with your HCP account. This should be the same email address you use to log in normally.

  • Finally, click Send, and then we will automatically send you a reset password email to the email address you entered.

  • Go into your email account and look for the email from Housecall Pro (support@housecallpro.com) with the subject "Housecall Password Reset"

  • When you open the email, click on the blue 'Update Password' button

  • After you click the 'Update Password' button, you will be brought to the 'Reset your password' webpage. You will need to type in a new password, and then click the blue 'Reset Password' button.

  • You will then be automatically logged into your account!


Reset Your Password from the HCP Mobile App

  • To reset your password from the HCP mobile app, first, tap the 'Sign in' button from the main screen.

  • Next, on the Sign in page, tap on the 'Reset password' button.

  • From here, enter the email address associated with your HCP account. This should be the same one you use to log in normally.

  • After entering your email address, tap the blue 'Send link' button, and we will automatically send a reset password email to the email address you entered.

  • Go into your email account and look for the email from Housecall Pro (support@housecallpro.com) with the subject "Housecall Password Reset"

  • When you open the email, click on the blue 'Update Password' button

  • After you click the 'Update Password' button, you will be brought to the 'Reset your password' webpage. You will need to type in a new password, and then click the blue 'Reset Password' button.

  • You will then be automatically logged into your account!



​Password Requirements

Please be sure that your password meets our password requirements and contains:

  • 8 or more characters

  • At least one uppercase letter

  • At least one number

  • At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
