How to add, edit, and delete a service in your Price Book

To access the Price Book feature, click “Price Book” from the top main navigation on your web portal’s main dashboard.

How to add a service

From the “Services” option in the left menu column, click the dropdown icon.

Click the industry you want to add the service for if you have multiple industries.

From the industry menu, click the category you want to add a service for. Within the category, you will see a full list of services available.

To add a new service, click the “+SERVICE” button on the top right corner.

You’re then able to add the following fields to this new service:

  • Service name

  • Description

  • Service cost

  • Service price

  • Unit

  • Whether the service is taxable

  • Whether the service is offered through Online Booking

  • Add materials to this service

  • Image of the service

When you finish filling out the fields. Click the “SAVE” button on the top right corner to save.

Note that you can also copy an existing service from the list of services in your price book. Click the more menu in the service row and select 'Copy'. This will create an exact copy of the service with Copy in the title.

How to edit a service

From the Custom Services page, find the service you want to edit, then click the 3-dots icon on that service.

From there, you’re able to edit these fields below:

  • Service name

  • Description

  • Service cost

  • Service price

  • Unit

  • Whether the service is taxable

  • Whether the service is offered through Online Booking

  • Add materials to this service

  • Image of the service

How to delete a service

From the Custom Services page, find the service you want to edit, then click the 3-dots icon on that service.

From the dropdown options, choose “Delete”.
