Chiirp is a communication automation software. Communicate more effectively with leads and customers using SMS, email, and Ringless Voicemail.
Log into Chiirp
Click on Integrations, then click on Housecall Pro
Click Not Connected
You will be prompted to log into Housecall Pro to connect the integration
Once the integration is connected, you will see a green check mark
From here, you can assign campaigns to Housecall events/endpoints using the Events tab.
*IMPORTANT: Adjust your automated SMS messages in HCP so that the customer is not getting multiple messages.
