Exporting functionality varies by software and can be impacted by the user's permission level and even the specific Plan you are on with that software. There are a few locations within a software that typically provides you with exporting functionality:
The Reporting section.
The Settings section (often an Import/Export button within that page).
The specific tab/page for the type of data you are trying to export (ie the Customers page, Jobs page, Price Book page, etc.). A common location is the three horizontal dots in the top right-hand corner of the page.
