Collect an in-person signature for an estimate approval from your Android mobile app
Follow these simple steps below to collect a customer signature for an estimate approval straight from your app:
1. From your Android mobile app, click into an Estimate to open the estimate details page.
2. Tap the 'Approve' icon in the upper left corner located beneath the estimate number:
3. Tap 'Approve estimate' in the pop-up located at the bottom of the screen:
4. Your customer can use their finger to sign directly into the signature box on the screen. Then, click the blue rectangular button that reads 'Done signing', or the white rectangular button that reads 'Clear' to re-take your customer's signature.
Your customer can access your Terms & Conditions by clicking the blue link beneath the signature box.
5. Once the estimate has been approved, you will be brought back to the estimate details page where you will see the status changed to 'Approved':
To view a customer's captured approval signature in your app, tap the 'Estimate' (paper airplane) icon located at the top of the estimate details page and scroll to the bottom of the estimate preview page:
