How do I use the Sales Proposal Tool?
The Sales Proposal Tool functions within estimates in the Housecall Pro web and mobile apps.
You can present estimates in a visually optimized proposal view for a side-by-side comparison of options. With that, you can use estimate-specific features like adding attachments, adding an expiration date, changing what details the customers can see, allowing the customer to approve more than one option, or creating a proposal on an ongoing job.
Navigate to estimates and click or tap the present button from the estimate details page to create and present the proposal.
