We are launching our newest pilot - in product coaching from CONQUER. With this pilot we are engaging you, the Pro, with several tasks to help build up business knowledge while giving tips and strategy on how to engage with Housecall Pro in a meaningful way. To launch this product we shared some benchmarking data around average job size.

How we calculated average job size

In order to get this benchmarking data, we took the total earned revenue from our Pros over a year (March 22 - March 23) and divided by the their total jobs throughout that time period. To get an average we took all of this data and took the average after splitting up into more useful categories. Your benchmark data is the average among Pros within:

  • your industry

  • similar number of employees

  • your state

If you feel this benchmarking number isn't accurate to your organization, there are a couple of things to consider:

  • We did not have enough data in each industry to split by rural or urban areas - so larger cities or smaller towns in your state might make this benchmarking number seem too low or too high.

  • Our employee split might put your organization on the upper or lower end of this range

  • Your organization might be specialized within your industry, and your average job size might account for that.
