Guide to the Customer Portal
This guide will walk you through the features that allow you to make payments online, check upcoming appointments, and send message requests effortlessly.
Logging into your account
You can log in to your account via magic link. An email invite will be sent by the home professional you’re working with.
Once you receive the email, the link will allow you to access your account without having to create a username and password.
Keep this email to log in in the future. Please note that this link is active for 7 days. If you click on it past 7 days we will automatically resend a new link.
Making Payments Online
The Customer Portal makes payments a breeze:
Select Invoices on the menu to the left and navigate to the invoice you’d like to pay
Fill out your payment information and submit
Viewing Upcoming Appointments
Stay on top of your schedule effortlessly:
Select Appointments on the menu to the left
View all upcoming and any past appointments
Viewing & Approve Estimates
Access and approve all estimates in one place:
Select Estimates on the menu to the left
View all estimates and approve any open estimates
Sending a Message Request
Need to communicate something important with your home service provider? Here's how:
Select the Send Message button in the top right
Fill out your details. Please note that you can change the name and number in the form.
Managing Your Payment Method
Do you want to add, update or remove an existing credit card on file?
Select the Wallet tab on the left
Add a card on file, remove an existing card, or update payment details
