This guide will walk you through the features that allow you to make payments online, check upcoming appointments, and send message requests effortlessly.

  1. You can log in to your account via magic link. An email invite will be sent by the home professional you’re working with.

  2. Once you receive the email, the link will allow you to access your account without having to create a username and password.

  3. Please note that this link is active for 7 days. Your home professional can send you a new invite to access your account.

The Customer Portal makes payments a breeze:

  1. Select Invoices on the menu to the right and navigate to the invoice you’d like to pay

  2. Fill out your payment information and submit
