Optimise your Online Booking by using Pricing Forms

This feature is currently in beta testing and not yet available to all Pros.

What are Pricing Forms?

Pricing forms are designed to help you better price jobs by quantity, hours, frequency, square footage, add ons, and more. You can mix and match pricing based off the size of the property, add ons, hourly rates or base price, supplies used, etc. and total all of these inputs into once price for the service.

Pricing forms are recommended for businesses that offer recurring services, especially home cleaning, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning. Services can be used to support pricing forms for additional line items and services you might offer.

Getting Started with Online Booking

If you haven't set up Online Booking yet, go to Settings > Online Booking in your Housecall Pro Account. This page will open an onboarding flow, which will guide you through the setup process.

Using Pricing Forms in Online Booking

With easy set up and connection with Online Booking, pricing forms create the ideal booking experience for you and your customers.

Step-by-step Instructions

  • Step 2: Configure Pricing Forms in Online Booking

    After you have set up Pricing Forms, go to Settings > Online Booking in your Housecall Pro Account to open the Online Booking setup onboarding flow. You will see a list of all of your available Pricing Forms, where you can toggle each Pricing Form on and off in Online Booking as needed.

You can use the Preview function to see how the Pricing Form will look in your Online Booking flow.

You can click the "Edit" button to customize each Pricing Form as needed.

  • Step 3: Set up Booking Rules

    In the next step, you will be able to set up your booking rules by defining available booking hours, arrival windows, and earliest availability.

    • Please Note: The arrival window you set here will become the default arrival window for your company.

  • Step 4: Preview Online Booking

    In the final step, you can preview how your Online Booking will work once it's embedded and live on on your website, social media page, etc.

    If there's something you'd like to change use the "Back" button to go back to previous steps.

    If you are satisfied with your Online Booking preview, you can click "Finish onboarding setup". This will complete the onboarding flow and activate Online Booking!

    You will see an auto-generated embed code and a link, which can be placed on your website, social media page, or email footnotes. This embed code the link will always be available in the Online Booking > Share booking page in your Housecall Pro account.
