Tired of getting bookings in areas that you don't serve? Our new Online Booking Tool allows you to define your Service Area zip codes.

By enabling Service Area, the booking flow will ask your customers to provide their zip codes to ensure they're in an area you service!

Set your Service Area

To set your service area, head to the settings page by clicking the gear icon in the upper right of your account.

Then from the navigation bar on the left, select Service Area from the list of options. This should be closer to the top of the list. If you do not see it ensure you have Online Booking V2 set up.

Under Service Area add one or more zip codes that define the area where you operate. After typing the zip code you wish to use press enter on they keyboard to save.

Note: You can copy and paste a list of several zip codes, separated by a comma, and press Enter if you want to add multiple zip codes at once.
