How to Request Support
With HCP Assist, you can request dedicated support on specific calls. To request support, first, click the Inbox tab from the main navigation bar at the top of your account. On the left-hand side of the screen, a sidebar for the Inbox will appear.
Next, find HCP Assist, and click Call Log. When a call from the call log is clicked on, a detailed view will appear.
Dedicated support can be requested by clicking the โI need help with this call" link at the bottom of the Call Details view.
What if I have multiple calls I want to Inquire about?
If you have questions about multiple calls, you do not need to start multiple chats. Once your open a chat with our team, you can provide the caller's name/number for the other calls you would like support with and our Support Team will assist you with all of them in one place!
What if my question is not related to a specific call?
The best way for our team to assist is with an example of the situation you have a question about, so if you have a question about the way calls are handled and can provide a caller name/number for reference that will help us to best assist you! If you do not have an example, no worries, we've got your back! To get assistance with HCP Assist, you have several options:
Send a reply message via the HCP Assist call log
Go to the Blue Chat Bubble -> General Support -> HCPA Answering Service
