How can I block a Do Not Service customer from forwarding to HCP Assist?
Depending on how you forward your calls, you can block a Do Not Service customer or vendor's phone number directly from your device, carrier, or VOIP settings. When a number is blocked from your end, it will not transfer to our Virtual Assistants for service.
If you are having trouble blocking the number through your phone or carrier, we recommend contacting your carrier's support team for further assistance.
If I block a phone number, will it still be forwarded to HCP Assist?
If you have blocked a number from your device, carrier, or VOIP then it will not transfer to our Virtual Assistant for service.
