Your HCP Assist Journey Begins: First 30 Days

Welcome to HCP Assist! Let's get you familiarized so you know what to expect within your first 30 days of service.

How will I be notified after each call?

Once our team of Virtual Assistants handles your calls, you will receive a full recap of the conversation in your call log. To access your HCP Assist call log, first click the Inbox tab from the main navigation bar at the top of your account. On the left-hand side of the screen, a sidebar for the Inbox will appear.

Next, find HCP Assist, and click Call Log

Additionally, you and any other designated recipients will get an SMS alert for messages that require immediate attention and will receive the post-call messages under the employee section in your Housecall Pro inbox.

To access your post-call inbox and messages, start by navigating to the top of your account interface where the main navigation bar is located. Locate and click on the Inbox tab. This action will redirect you to your Inbox page where you can manage your communications.

Once the new page loads, direct your attention to the left-hand side of the screen. Here, you'll find a sub-menu labeled Inbox with several options to choose from. Look specifically for the option labeled Employees within this sub-menu.

Click on Employees to proceed. This action will open up the section of your inbox where you can view and manage messages

How do I alert HCP Assist agents to holidays or last-minute schedule changes?

To ensure HCP Assist agents don't accidentally book jobs or estimates when your team is unavailable, please keep us updated on any schedule changes, including holidays or emergencies. Follow the steps outlined in this help article to notify HCP Assist agents about your schedule changes.

How do I get assistance with HCP Assist?

We've got your back! To get assistance with HCP Assist, you have several options:

  • Send a reply message via the HCP Assist call log

  • Go to the Blue Chat Bubble -> General Support -> HCPA Answering Service

  • Call us at 858-842-5746 M-F 8AM-8PM EST, Sat-Sun 11AM-7PM EST

What should I expect during the first four weeks?

To ensure your success, we will have weekly check-ins with you for the first four weeks. These personalized sessions will help us gather feedback on what’s working and discuss any adjustments you may need.

Your check-ins for week 1 and week 4 should already be on your calendar. During your first check-in, we will schedule the sessions for weeks 2 and 3. If you need to reschedule any of these appointments, please chat via the Blue Chat Bubble.
