Giving your employees the correct permissions ensures everything runs smoothly and easily for the entire business.
Update company account info: Allows this employee to have access to the 'Settings,' including the company profile, price list and employees.
Access marketing campaigns: Gives them the ability to create and edit postcard and email campaigns.
Access reporting: Lets employees see and manipulate the reports on your dashboard.
Dispatch/Messaging POC (Point of Contact): Only ONE employee can be assigned the role of POC. Whoever is set as the POC will receive customer replies to the automated text notifications, to their mobile app.
Once the permissions are correct, hit the save button in the bottom right.
Remember, you can always adjust the settings for each employee as needed by clicking on their name in the employee list.
