What’s happening with Online Booking?

On 03.03.2025 we are shutting down the previous version of Online Booking (V1) and redirecting it to the new Online Booking (V2).

What’s the difference between V1 and V2?

V2 Online Booking has all the features that our V1 Online Booking has plus more features to help you grow! Here are a few highlights:

  • Book more jobs with Reserve with Google integration - you will now have an online booking button directly on your Google Business Profile.

  • Better conversion and more bookings—Thanks to UX tweaks and mobile optimization, the new online booking version outperforms the old version in terms of conversions. Try the new online booking and get more bookings now!

  • Accept payments in the booking flow - accept deposit and full upfront payments for your services directly in the online booking flow.

  • Reach the right customers with customized service areas - define your service area and easily get bookings from the right locations.

  • Pricing forms - new online booking supports dynamic forms optimized for cleaning industries.


What do I need to do if I have V1 Online Booking?

  • Setup the new (V2) online booking

    • Go to Account Settings > Online booking and follow the onboarding flow.

  • After you finish the onboarding, you can access and change the settings here: Account Settings > Online booking

  • You can publish the New online booking flow on your website using the code or the link that is available in the Booking Page section.

  • Your old online booking link will start redirecting to the new online booking on 03.03.2025.


What happens if I don’t switch over to V2 Online Booking before 03.03.2025?

If you don't onboard to the new online booking, we will auto-configure it based on your old online booking settings.

We will provide uninterrupted access to online booking for your customers.

Do I have to pay for the new online booking?

No, the new online booking is free of charge and is included in all Housecall Pro plans.
