If you want to add a button widget or bar to your website, FB or instagram here is how to get the code for it. 

First navigate to My Apps and click on it, then click on get more apps. (Note: do not click on the online booking right after you click my apps, this will take you to the online booking page)

on the next screen click on my website (If you have a company logo, it will show the company logo as well)

You will want to make sure you online booking is set to active and then you will see the online booking code below to the right side.
