Mobile Checkout with Wisetack Consumer Financing

With Housecall Pro’s consumer financing option, your employees will be able to offer financing while in the field with their mobile devices.

You will also now have the ability to easily send your customer an application to finance their job with Wisetack directly from your job details page on the mobile app.

📌 Note:

  • The financing options during checkout will only appear for jobs that fall within our partner’s approved dollar amounts from $500 up to $65,000 with terms up to 120 months.

  • You must have financing with Wisetack enabled to send financing applications to customers.


How to check out with Wisetack (mobile)

To check out with Wisetack from the HCP mobile app:

  • Navigate to the Job Details page for your customer's job and tap Pay from the menu at the top

  • If the total cost of your job falls within the consumer financing range, the option for your customer to check out with financing options will appear

  • To initiate the financing process, tap Qualify Now

  • You can also tap the View Details hyperlink to show the customer more information on their financing options

  • You'll then be directed to the "See if you qualify" screen, where your customer's phone number will automatically populate.

  • Confirm the phone number, then select Send Financing Options to send your customer a text message with a unique application link to apply for financing through Wisetack via their mobile phone.

  • From here, your customer will need to fill out the application on their own device using the link they were provided.

  • Your checkout screen will let you know when your application was sent and if it was approved or denied

  • If approved, the purchase amount will be applied to the job total and reflected in the Activity Feed on the Job Details page

  • You will receive the payment for the job after the job’s completion on the specified service date

📌 Note: When sending the estimate or invoice, please be sure that your customer has a full name and phone number and that the job or estimate has a service date and total dollar amount.
