Currently, HouseCall is not set up to allow for custom fields. This includes but is not limited to custom invoice display, custom fields on the customer profile, custom messaging to the customer. We do hope to build these features into the system with our future updates. Please continue reading below for some great alternative features.

Message on Invoice, Receipt, and Estimates

Under Account Settings> Profile you may include a custom message that will automatically appear on all Invoices, Receipts and Estimates going forward.

Click here to learn more about this field. Note: This message will appear across all of Estimates, Invoices, and Receipts. It can be manually adjusted on an individual basis prior to sending to a customer.Anything added to the "Message on Invoice, Receipt and Estimates" field will NOT appear on any PDF documentation previously sent.

Tags

Tags are used throughout HouseCall Pro as unique identifiers and are a great way to better manage lead, customers, estimates, jobs and invoices. Click here to learn more about using Tags.
