How to Change the Date/Time of a Payment
Please Note: Changing the date & time of a payment is only applicable to Cash, Check, or Other payments. The date & time of a payment cannot be adjusted when the 'Credit' option is used.
To change the date/time of a payment:
Navigate to the Job Details page and scroll down to the Payment History section.
Click the clock icon to the left of the payment date.
A window will appear where you can change the transaction date & time.
Click on each field to edit the information.
Once you've finished adjusting, click 'Update' in the bottom right corner of the window and you're good to go! The Payment History section of the Job Details page will now reflect the updated date & time.
