How to Integrate with Google Calendar

Integrating with Google Calendar is easy! If you are logged into Google, please be sure it is the Google Calendar you want to integrate with Housecall Pro.

Please note: The integration of Google Calendar requires web access to Housecall Pro, thus, this feature is not available for Field Tech role employees.


To integrate with Google Calendar:

  • Go to My Apps by clicking the 3x3 square icon in the top right of your Housecall Pro account.

  • Click 'Go to App store' from the apps drop-down.

  • Scroll until you find the Google Calendar app, or use the search bar on this page to search for it. Once you've located the app, click on the View Details button.

  • Once Google Calendar is clicked, a new screen is presented. Click the toggle in the top right corner of the app details page to enable the app.

  • Click Connect in the bottom right corner of the window, and that's it! Your jobs, estimates, and events will then be pushed to your Google Calendar.

Please note: The integration only works one way, meaning any changes you make to the "HCP events" in Google Calendar will not make changes in HCP (i.e., changing the time or date in Google doesn't update the job).
