American Standard is a trusted HVAC brand that connects homeowners with qualified service providers through its leads program. With the American Standard integration in Job inbox, new webform leads are delivered directly to your account with customer contact information and service details.
To use this integration, you must have an account with American Standard.
Enable the American Standard Integration
To enable the integration with American Standard:
Click the My Apps icon (3x3 square) in the top right corner of your HCP account on web, then select the Job inbox app to view your Job inbox settings.
Toggle on American Standard. The toggle will turn blue when enabled and gray when disabled.
Click the back arrow in the top left corner to exit the App details screen.
Navigate to your American Standard inbox by going to Inbox > Job inbox > American Standard, then click Sign in.
You'll be redirected to American Standard's website to authenticate your account securely.
Follow the provided prompts to enter your American Standard login credentials.
📌 Note: American Standard and Trane have the same login credentials.
Getting American Standard Leads
Once the integration is set up, all new leads from American Standard will now be automatically created as leads in your Housecall Pro account, and you'll be notified of each one by a message in your Job inbox.
