Syncing to QuickBooks Desktop can be done manually or setup to run automatically in Web Connector.

PRO TIP: If you run QuickBooks Desktop in multi-user mode we suggest changing into single-user mode and syncing manually.

Select the Housecall Pro Application by checking the box on the far left

- Open QuickBooks Web Connector
- Select the Housecall Pro Application by checking the box on the far left
- Click "Update Selected"
