When the case arises that you need to force an invoice to QuickBooks Desktop, you can do this from the Job details page.
To force this action, navigate to the Job details page for the invoice, and scroll to the bottom to view the QuickBooks Desktop section.
Select the three vertical dots in the upper right corner to bring up the menu for the QuickBooks Desktop box.
Select Push to Quickbooks Desktop
This will tell the system to force the information to QuickBooks Desktop. If you receive any errors doing this action, the box will reload and list the errors under the QBD Errors section. If your attempts to reprocess the error fail, please open the blue chat bubble and for further help from a Housecall Pro Expert.
PRO NOTE: This action will now allow you to push a $0.00 invoice to QuickBooks Desktop, but you must have at least one line item on the invoice, which can be $0.00.
