How the Integration Works
With the integration, you'll be able to automate texting when you mark a job as “Finished” and provide an easy way for your customers to leave reviews.
Swell sends out automatic text and email messaging based off job statuses in Housecall Pro such as Job Start Time, Job End Time and Job Completed.
These triggers will send customer messages such as: Appointment reminders, Review Invites, etc.
How to Connect the Integration
Log into your Swell Account and Click on the profile icon in the top right corner
Toggle on the Housecall Pro button
From there, you can formulate your custom messages for Responses and Reviews or use Swell Templates!
