You do! Their advanced scheduling capabilities allow you to monitor how and when jobs get booked. Some of the available filters they offer include:
Service Areas: Consolidate bookings to a specific zip code or region
Job Codes: Is the customer looking for an estimate, emergency appointment, or a maintenance service?
Job Type (i.e. complexity): Does the appointment require a master, journeyman, or is it something an apprentice could tackle?
Arrival Windows: Similar to Housecall Pro’s Online Booking, set your own custom arrival windows to ensure you can meet your customers expectations without committing your business to an ultra-specific time.
How can customers book?
Most Pros prefer to think about it this way: put your booking URL anywhere you would put your phone number. Some ideas include: text messages, email signatures, email campaigns, Facebook pages, Google My Business pages, - literally anywhere.
Schedule Engine’s online booking engine can also be embedded on your website to capture your existing traffic.
I hate scheduling maintenance agreements - help!
Schedule Engine has a solution for that, too. Set up text message or email campaigns to schedule all of your Service Agreement customers at once. You can easily target all of your customers within a specific zip code so that their appointments land on the same day.
When that customer books their maintenance appointment, a job tag will automatically be applied in Housecall Pro. Then, all you need to do is associate that booking with their existing service plan. Easy as that.
