New customers will be pushed from Housecall into QuickBooks when an invoice for that customer is marked as finished, paid, or is sent to the customer. When the invoice comes over, the customer will be created in QuickBooks and a link will be formed between the profiles for any future invoices with that customer. Only one HCP customer at a time can be linked to the QuickBooks Online customer.
