Sometimes, your browser will cache values. Although most of the time, this improves browser performance and usability, it can lead to situations where your browser is not displaying fresh, updated values in your HouseCall Pro desktop version.
To fix this, you can force your browser to fully refresh the page and load the data cleanly from the HouseCall Pro server.
On Mac
Chrome: press and hold briefly the following key sequence, command + shift + R
Firefox: press and hold briefly the following key sequence, command + shift + R
Safari: press and hold briefly the following key sequence, command + shift + R
On Windows
Chrome: Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button
Firefox: press and hold briefly the following key sequence, ctrl + shift + R
Edge: press and hold briefly the following key sequence, ctrl + F5
