Downloading the Google Chrome web browser is a quick and easy way to ensure you don't run into any issues with your account.&nbsp;

To do this, just open your current web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari etc.) and search the term 'Google Chrome.' Select the link that says 'Download Now.'

This will take you to the 'Explore the Chrome Browser' page. Just click 'Download Chrome.'

The terms of service will appear for you to read through. Once you have, click the 'Accept and Install' button on the bottom left.&nbsp;

After the download is complete, open Google Chrome. This will now be your web browser for the Housecall Pro web portal.
