How will I be notified after each call?

After our team of Virtual Assistants handles your calls, you’ll be notified via the post-call inbox with a full recap of the conversation they had with your customer. You and anyone else you designate, will also receive an SMS message alerting you to any messages that require immediate attention.

How do I alert HCP Assist agents to holidays or last-minute schedule changes?

We highly recommend you keep us updated with large and small schedule changes so we never accidentally book a job or estimate when your team is unavailable. Please follow the steps outlined in this help article if your office will be closed for a holiday, weather emergency, etc.

In order to set you up for success, we meet with you weekly for the first four weeks. During this personalized check-in, we'll collect feedback on what's working and discuss any adjustments you may need.

Your week 1 and week 4 check-ins should be on your calendar, and then we can book week 2 and week 3 at your first check-in. Need to reschedule? Just send us an email at hcpassist@housecallpro.com.
