The HCP Assist “plan usage” view in account settings provides access to all of your plan information including your minute plan, plan cost, minutes used, remaining minutes available, billing period, overflow minutes, overflow cost, total calls taken, jobs & estimates scheduled, and total revenue generated by the service all in one centralized location. You will also see a helpful notification that will alert you when you are approaching your plan’s limit on minutes. If you see this alert, please reach out to our HCP Assist support team via the blue chat bubble and we can upgrade your plan!
Step 1: Go to your account settings in the top right corner of your HCP account
Step 2: Under the settings menu on the left side of your screen select “plan usage” under HCP Assist
Plan = The amount of minutes allotted in your current plan
Standard cost = The cost of your plan excluding any overflow minutes
Billing period = Your current monthly billing cycle for your subscription
Used minutes = The amount of minutes used in your current billing period
Remaining minutes = The amount of minutes available on your plan before you reach overflow (overflow minutes are billed at the same rate)
Days left in cycle = The number of days left in your current billing period
Overflow minutes = Any minutes used beyond your current plans minute package (if you would like to upgrade or downgrade your plan please contact us through the blue chat bubble)
Overflow cost = Cost for any additional minutes used beyond your current plans minute package (this will be billed at the end of your current billing cycle)
Total calls = Total amount of calls HCP Assist has handled in your current billing cycle
Jobs & Estimates scheduled = Jobs and estimates that HCP Assist has scheduled on your behalf (if we are not scheduling for you, this will show as 0)
Total revenue = Reflected as the line items that HCP Assist Virtual Agents add to an invoice when scheduling jobs (this will show as $0 if an estimate is scheduled or if an unscheduled job or estimate is created)
