The Global call log allows you to see all outbound and inbound calls for your main business line and call tracking numbers.

To access the global call log, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Inbox in the bottom navigation bar of your Housecall Pro mobile app

  2. Click on the Call Logs option on the main menu

  3. You should now see the global call log where you can filter for all calls, missed calls, and voicemails to easily find what you are looking for.
