Easily edit the customer attached to a call through the Call Details page. Please note that this will only edit the customer for this specific call, not all calls attached to that number or customer.
iOS:
Navigate to the call details page for that call
Click Edit Call
Search for the customer you'd like to add and click on their name, or create a new customer
The new customer should now appear on the Call Details page
Android:
Navigate to the call details page for that call
Click on the pencil next to the customer's name on the customer card
Search for the customer you'd like to add and click on their name, or create a new customer
The new customer should now appear on the Call Details page
