Easily edit the customer attached to a call through the Call Details page. Please note that this will only edit the customer for this specific call, not all calls attached to that number or customer.

iOS:

  • Navigate to the call details page for that call

  • Click Edit Call

  • Search for the customer you'd like to add and click on their name, or create a new customer

  • The new customer should now appear on the Call Details page

Android:

  • Navigate to the call details page for that call

  • Click on the pencil next to the customer's name on the customer card

  • Search for the customer you'd like to add and click on their name, or create a new customer

  • The new customer should now appear on the Call Details page

How do I set up Housecall Pro Caller ID on iPhone?

Enable customer caller ID so that you can see your customers name when they call you

This feature allows you to see the name of your HouseCall Pro customer when they call your phone. The customer name will appear if they exist in your HouseCall Pro Customer list.

Click the 'more' tab in the bottom right hand corner on the HouseCall Pro iPhone app.

Then choose 'preferences.'

Select 'customer caller ID.'

If the feature isn't already enabled, you will see the following prompt.

If so, go the 'Settings' app on your iPhone and choose 'Phone.'
​

  • Choose 'Call Blocking and Identification.'

  • Enable 'Caller Identification for HouseCall Pro.'
