Invoices that cannot be pushed over to QuickBooks, have errors that need to be fixed. Once the error is fixed, it can be reprocessed and pushed to Quickbooks.

Click the "Bell Icon" in the top left corner of the web portal.

This will take you to your error page, where you can view which invoices need to be fixed before they are pushed over into QuickBooks.
