Locating the Help Center
Hundreds of articles and videos are at your disposal to assist you in using Housecall Pro around the clock!
On Your Web Browser
Click your initials or profile picture in the top right corner of your HCP account and select Help from the menu.
This will bring you to the Help Center, where you can type your question into the search bar at the top. You can also scroll through our different topics to find the best articles to answer your questions.
On Android
Click the More icon in the top left corner of your screen.
Select Chat & help center from the menu.
On iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Click the More icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Select Chat & help center from the menu.
