We automatically send the invoice from HouseCall to Quickbooks Online
- When the Invoice has been marked finished
- When the invoice has been marked paid
- When the invoice has been sent to customer for payment
We also update QuickBooks Online based on the last copy sent. So for example if you mark a job finished it will send to QuickBooks Online as an unpaid invoice, but then when you mark it paid in HouseCall we will update it in QuickBooks Online.
If you connected your QuickBooks Online to HouseCall today, the transfer of information would start today with the first job marked finished.
