Ply Inventory Management + Housecall Pro

Ply helps businesses across industries streamline inventory and ensure timely replenishment. From plumbing to HVAC, Ply’s customizable tools adapt to your unique needs, keeping materials organized and ready for every project.

  • Scan and Import: Easily audit and manage inventory with one-click scanning, barcoding and seamless integration for importing price book and material list data.

  • Manage Truck and Warehouse Stock: Warehouse managers and field technicians can leverage simple workflows to allocate materials, attach them to invoices for job costing, and transfer tools and equipment between locations.

  • Automate Replenishments: Enable auto-generated lists and direct requests to purchase managers or suppliers, eliminating the need for manual counting by technicians.

  • Centralize RFQs: Manage all replenishment and purchase requests in a single view, with automatic price shopping and detailed status tracking across suppliers.

Connecting Housecall Pro and Ply Inventory Management

How to connect Ply with Housecall Pro:

  • Log into your Houscall Pro account

  • From your Housecall Pro account, navigate to the app store and click on Ply Inventory Management

  • From the Ply Inventory Management app store page, toggle the activation switch on the top right, and click connect account on the popup

  • Authorize the connection

  • Select your primary warehouse

  • Optional- Select users and permissions

How to disconnect Ply from Housecall Pro:

  • Login to your Housecall Pro account

  • From your Housecall Pro account, navigate to the app store and click on Ply Inventory Management

  • From the Ply Inventory Management app store page, toggle the activation switch on the top right, and click disconnect on the popup
