Company Profile Overview
Let's get the basics set. Your company profile is going to be where you enter your company info, set up your tax rates, and set standard messages that will be seen on all documents.

Set Up Your Company Profile (HCP Web Portal)
To complete the setup of your company profile, click the gear icon in the right-hand corner of the navigation menu to access your 'Settings' and click 'Profile.'
Basic Company Information
Fill out your company information completely. Your business name, phone number, and address will appear on invoices and estimates to your customers.
Logo
Upload your logo by clicking on "Upload Logo." Dimensions for a logo should have an aspect ratio of 4:3 which is 400x300 pixels.
Website & Support Email
Add your website and a support email address. The support email address is where any replies from your customers will be sent. So be sure it is an email address that you are comfortable with your customers knowing and one you check frequently.
Business Profile & License Number
These are not displayed on invoices or estimates but customers using the Housecall customer app will see these displayed within the Housecall customer app.
Once you've filled out your information, hit SAVE. You can always come back and update this information later if it changes.
Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions can be used as rules a customer must agree to in order to use a service, a disclaimer, or as a way to protect your company in the event of a legal dispute.
Put your disclaimers, legal information or warranty info here. Your Terms & Conditions will show up as a clickable link on all electronic documents you send out and on the app in the field.
Pro Note: The link to your Terms & Conditions is a live link meaning at any point that it is accessed it will show the information is currently in this space. If you need to make any changes to your Terms & Conditions we recommend saving the current version somewhere with a date and time stamp.
Message on Invoice, Receipt, and Estimate
Message on Invoice, Receipt and Estimate - Set up a message that shows up on the bottom of your invoice/estimate/receipt. You'll be able to customize individual messages later. This is just to get a standard message set up on your documents.
Please Note: The "Company description," "Message on invoice,
receipt, and estimate," and "Terms and conditions"
text boxes each have a limit of 65,535 characters.

The new company setup section will also allow you to update the following on your iPhone by clicking 'MORE' located at the bottom right of the screen and selecting 'Company Setup' from the newly populated options:

24/7 On Demand
Delete Data
Set Up Your Company Profile (HCP Mobile App - Android)
To set up your company profile from the HCP mobile app on Android:
Log into your app and select the drop-down menu located in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
You will be able to view your company data. Clicking each feature will enable you to customize the information.
