Sometimes customers need to reschedule an upcoming job but don't know what day or time works yet, or maybe you have accidentally selected a job status. You can easily unschedule the visit or undo actions without deleting the entire job/estimate.
Unschedule a Job or Estimate (Web)
To unschedule a job or estimate in the HCP web portal:
Open a job or estimate.
Click Undo directly above the Schedule button at the top of the page.
Click Unschedule job in the confirmation window to proceed.
📌 Note: Recurring jobs cannot be unscheduled. However, you can change the time and date for one or all occurrences.
Unschedule a Job or Estimate (iPhone)
Unschedule a job or estimate from your calendar from your iPhone without deleting it completely.
Below are the steps to unschedule a job or estimate from your iPhone:
Open a job or estimate on the mobile app.
Scroll to the Schedule section and click the pencil icon.
Select Unschedule.
Click Done to save.
Unschedule a Job or Estimate (Android)

Open a job on the mobile app.
Click the Schedule section.
Click Unschedule at the bottom of the page.
Click OK in the confirmation window to proceed.
Locate Unscheduled Jobs and Estimates (Web)
From the Schedule tab:
Go to the Schedule tab in the top navigation bar of your HCP account on web to access your calendar.
Click the Unscheduled icon (calendar with a red x) on the upper left side of the page.
To schedule, you can drag and drop the job or click the job to open it.
📌 Note: Unscheduled estimates will not appear in the Unscheduled section of the calendar, but can be found in Estimates tab of the Customer Profile (see below).
From the Customer Profile:
Select the Jobs or Estimates tab in the Customer Profile.
For estimates, the status will show as Unscheduled.
For jobs, the status will show as Needs scheduling.
Locate Unscheduled Jobs and Estimates (Mobile)
To access unscheduled jobs:
In the HCP mobile app, select Dashboard in the bottom navigation bar.
Select Needs Attention at the top.
Click the Unscheduled tab at the top of the page.
Select a job or estimate to open the details page and schedule.
Undo OMW (On my way)
If you've accidentally clicked the OMW button before it was time, you can reset the action in the HCP web portal by following these steps:
Open a job or estimate.
Click Undo above the OMW button.
Click Undo omw in the confirmation window to proceed.
Undo Start on a Job
If you've accidentally clicked Start on a job before it was time, you can reset the button in no time in the HCP web portal.
Open a job.
Click the UNDO option above the Start button.
Click Unstart job in the confirmation window to reset the job's Start time.
Undo Finish on a Job or Estimate
If a job or estimate was prematurely marked as complete, you can quickly "unfinish" the job by following these steps through the HCP web portal:
Open a job.
Click UNDO above the Finish button at the top of the page.
Click Unfinish job in the confirmation window to proceed.
