How to reset your password
If you or an employee forgot your password, you can follow these steps to reset it.
From your Computer:
From the Housecall pro Sign-in page, you can click on 'Forgot Password'. Enter the email address associated with your HCP account, it should be the same one you use to log in normally. Next, click Send, and then we will automatically send you a reset password email to the email address you entered.
From iPhone/Android
From the Housecall Pro Sign-in page on the app, you can click on 'Reset Password'. Enter the email address associated with your HCP account, it should be the same one you use to log in normally. Next, click Reset password, and then we will automatically send you a reset password email to the email address you entered.
Once you receive the email
Go into your email account and look for the email from Housecall and look for an email from "support" with the subject "Housecall Pro Password Reset":
When you open the email, you will see a blue button to update password:
When you click on the link, you will be brought into a new webpage. You will need to type in a new password, and then click the Reset Password button.
Please be sure that your password meets our password requirements and contains:
8 or more characters
At least 1 uppercase letter
At least 1 number
At least 1 special character
You will then be automatically logged into your account.
