Signing in on the Web Portal
When you navigate to https://pro.housecallpro.com/pro/log_in to sign into your Housecall Pro account on the web, you will find a few sign in methods.
Sign in with Google:
If you created your Housecall Pro account though your Google account, you can sign in using your Google account credentials
You can also sign in using this method if your email address associated with your Housecall Pro account is a Google email
Sign in with Apple
If you created your Housecall Pro account through your Apple ID email address, you can sign in using your Apple ID credentials
Email & Password
You can sign into your Housecall Pro account using your email and password. If for any reason you forget what your password is, you can always click on "FORGOT PASSWORD" and you will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password
Signing in on the Mobile App
When you open the Housecall Pro Mobile App to sign into your Housecall Pro account on the web, you will find a few sign in methods.
Sign in with Apple
If you created your Housecall Pro account through your Apple ID email address and are on an iPhone or iPad you can sign in using your Apple ID credentials
Click on "CONTINUE WITH APPLE"
Then continue to sign in with your Apple ID and passcode
Sign in with Google:
If you created your Housecall Pro account though your Google account, you can sign in using your Google account credentials
You can also sign in using this method if your email address associated with your housecall Pro account is a Google email
Click on "CONTINUE WITH GOOGLE"
Grant Housecall Pro permission to sign in with your Google account
Email & Password
You can sign into your Housecall Pro account using your email and password.
Click on "SIGN IN"
Then type in your email and password
Click on "SIGN IN"
If for any reason you forget what your password is, you can always click on "RESET PASSWORD" and you will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password
