With our Premium Reviews feature you can decide what percentage of review requests you want to go to each location.

How it works
By default, Housecall Pro will optimize your review requests for you in order to maximize your number of reviews. If you want to override these settings, you can choose what percentage of your review requests will go to each review source.
To choose where you want to send your reviews requests, click on the lightning bolt icon. You can then choose to keep your reviews optimized or set your own percentages. Make sure that the percentages you set add up to 100% in order to save.
1. How can I tell what percentage of my requests are going to each source?
If you have chosen to override optimization then you will see the percentage you have set for each source in the corner of that card on the reviews app page
2. How does it work when my reviews are optimized?
By default we will optimize your review requests for you. This means that we will send all of your customers with Gmail email address straight to Google to leave their review (this is because customers need to have a Google account in order to leave a review on Google My Business). The rest of your customers will be split equally between your Facebook page and reviews that you can collect for your website.
3. How does it work when I set my own percentages?
Your review requests will be split based upon the percentages you set & are based on when you hit the 'Finish Job' button.
For example, if you have it set to 40% Google, 30% Facebook, and 30% reviews for your website, then when you hit the Job Finished button, 40% of the time your customer will be sent a request that takes them directly to Google, 30% of the time your customer will be sent a request that takes them directly to Facebook, and 30% of the time your customer will be sent a request for a review for your website.
