CallRail Integration: Enable Notifications

Turn on notifications for incoming calls from CallRail on Chrome.

How to Enable Notifications for CallRail

Browser notifications are available with the CallRail integration to show when a customer is calling.

Clicking on the notification will take you to their Customer Profile.

To enable browser notifications for CallRail:

  • Go to My Apps by clicking the 3x3 square in the top right corner of your HCP account on web, then select Go to App store.

  • Search for the CallRail app and click View Details.

  • On the app page for CallRail, there will be a bell icon in the top right corner. Click on this icon and a pop up will appear prompting you to enable notifications. Click ENABLE NOW.

  • Your browser will then prompt you to enable notifications. Click ALLOW.

You will see a "Success!" notification letting you know that notifications are now ready and enabled, and the bell icon will turn into a toggle. Flip the toggle "on" and you will see the same "Success!" notification.
