Overview
Printer-friendly versions of your customer service plans can be accessed from the plan details page. At this time, printing is available only for plans that have been attached to a customer.
Page layout varies based on the status of the customer service plan when it is printed, and includes signature lines or accepted date information when applicable.
Printing a customer service plan from the Service Plans Dashboard
Open the Service Plans Dashboard from My Apps then click Service Plans.
Click on VIEW ALL to view your plans.
Select a plan by clicking on it.
Once in the service plan details, click on the “…” button in the top right corner. Select Print Service Plan from the dropdown.
Select Save as PDF in the Destination drop-down to download, or connect to your local printer to print.
Printing a customer service plan from the customer profile
Go to the Customers tab at the top of your navigation menu, click on the customer's profile, and select the plan you’d like to print.
Once in the service plan details, click on the “…” button in the top right corner. Select Print Service Plan from the dropdown.
Select Save as PDF in the Destination drop-down to download, or connect to your local printer to print.
