When an invoice with separate billing and service addresses is pushed to QuickBooks Online, the service address will be found under the shipping address section within the QuickBooks Online invoice. The service address will not be added to the customer profile.
When a service address is used on an invoice in Housecall Pro:

Note: To separate jobs by address for customers with a single billing entity, you may prefer utilizing a parent/child (or sub-customer) setup.
