What is the Leads Conversion Rate Report?

Leads conversion rate reporting allows you to report and take action on any of the customer leads you are generating through Pipeline. Now you’ll be able to easily see your leads win rate, which leads are still outstanding, and how many leads were converted by date or employee.

Leads conversion rate reporting is only available for Pipeline users. Click here to learn more.

Accessing Lead Reporting

After navigating to your report tab by clicking Reporting on top of your desktop dashboard (homepage), Pipeline users will now see a menu for Leads on the left-hand bar under Reporting. Click "Leads" on the left sidebar to open up your reporting menus.

On the Leads report page, you'll see several different report options, organized by date, type, or employee. Click on any of the report names to pull that specific report.

Changing leads report output/filtering your data

Change the leads report date range

You can click on two date settings buttons on the top of the leads report chart to change the data being shown. These are the date range you want to view and how you want the report organized. This functionality is the same on every report.

  • Date range: Show me any leads that fall during a date range that I specify. To edit, simply click the current date range dropdown menu at the top of the report, and select the time frame you'd like to view.

  • Created date: This will currently be the only setting for this field in the leads report and shows leads created within the date range selected.

Apply filters to your leads report

You can apply any of the following filters to your leads report by clicking on the "Filters" button at the top right of the report:

  • Lead tags

  • Employee

  • Lead source

Customization of the leads report data shown

Finally, you can customize the metrics in the leads data table by using the "Edit Columns" button on the upper right side of the report. Once in the edit columns menu, you can select or unselect metrics to see in the table by checking or unchecking the box next to each selection in the pop-up that appears.

To view any individual lead corresponding to a row in the table, click on that row. To view all leads that meet your report filters, click on the total row in the table.

What do the metrics mean in the leads report?

  • Open count: Total count of open leads that are still actively being worked within Pipeline.

  • Won count: Total count of leads moved over to won on the Pipeline leads board. A prompt will start estimate or job creation for these leads.

  • Lost count: Total count of leads moved over to lost on the Pipeline leads board.

  • Conversion rate: Percentage of generated leads that have moved over to the won column on the leads board, out of the total leads (won, lost and open).

  • Total Count: Total of all columns combined
