This help article covers information on how you will be able to view and edit flat rate items on mobile depending on your specific set up.

For full access to editing your flat rate services, we highly encourage you to do so from the web portal so that you can maintain them accurately from within your Price Book on web.

Flat rate services on mobile

If you have services that are flat rate enabled, you will see this banner notifying you that this is a flat rate service.

Keep in mind, if you would like turn off material mark ups for a material, you will be able to do so from your Price Book on web. This will unlock the cost and price field for future instances to be modified on mobile.

Service name
Service description
Category location of the service
Unit type
Taxable on/off
Service image
Online Booking on/off

Flat rate materials on mobile

If you have a material that has material markup enabled, you will see this banner notifying you that this is marked up material.

Key Callouts:

Flat rate items added to jobs or estimates can still be modified on a case-by-case basis, these changes apply to your items in your Price Book specifically
These changes protects your flat rate services, specifically price from being over-rid from mobile especially for those that have labor rates and materials linked up
Flat Rate Profit Rhino items that are Profit Rhino managed will need to be fully modified to Pro Managed on web if you'd like to make edits. More on how to make Profit Rhino items managed by you, in this article
