To access Pipeline on an iOS device:
If you have not already, you will need to download and log into the Housecall Pro app on your mobile device.
Open the HCP mobile app from your device's apps menu.
Tap on the More button in the bottom right corner of your navigation bar.
Tap on Pipeline in the More menu list.
Now on your pipeline mobile page, you can choose from your Leads, Estimates, or Jobs Board.
To access Pipeline on an Android device:
If you have not already, you will need to download and log into the Housecall Pro app on your mobile device.
Open the HCP mobile app from your device's apps menu.
Tap on the Pipeline icon from the app's bottom navigation bar.
Now on your pipeline mobile page, you can choose from your Leads, Estimates, or Jobs Board.
Pipeline on Mobile is similar to the web version
Similar to the Web browser version of Housecall Pro, you can:
Drag and drop Lead, Estimate, or Job Cards to update their status.
Use the Lead, Estimate, or Job Cards status dropdown to update their status.
Swipe from left or right to navigate your Lead, Estimate, or Job board Columns.
Tap on a card to get the details of that Lead, Estimate, or Job.
Create a Lead, Estimate, or Job from their Pipeline Boards.
