I've signed up for Payroll with Housecall Pro and need to prepare for my onboarding call

Welcome! We are excited to get you started with Payroll at Housecall Pro!

Here's everything you need to know to get started before your introduction call with your Implementation Specialist. Haven’t talked to our team yet to sign up for Payroll? Click here to book a call to learn more about Payroll at Housecall Pro.

Please have the following information ready at the time of your intro call:

  • Company legal name and DBA (if applicable)

  • Federal Employment Identification Number (FEIN)

  • Names, addresses, email/phone numbers (if applicable), start date, & date of birth of at least 1 employee and/or contractor that you’d like to set up in HCP Payroll system

  • *For 2-day processing: Come prepared with 2 months of bank statements for bank account verification. You can also email these to payrollsecuredocs@housecallpro.com ahead of the call to save time.

Once we complete the introduction call, we’ll get you set up in the system. We may need to reach out to confirm some data along the way, but our goal is to simplify this process and get you up and running payroll by your scheduled go-live date!
