Here's everything you need and need to know in order to get started before your introduction call with your Implementation Specialist. Haven’t talked to our team yet to sign up for Payroll? Click here to learn more about Payroll at Housecall Pro.
Please have the following information ready at the time of your intro call:
Names, addresses, email/phone numbers (if applicable), start date, & date of birth of at least 1 employee and/or contractor that you’d like to set up in HCP Payroll system
Federal Employment Identification Number (FEIN)
Year to Date Payroll Historical report (sometimes referred to as a Payroll Journal Report to the intro call, and feel free to share this with us ahead of time at email@example.com
The should include a breakdown of the following information for each employee and contractor for each pay period in the current calendar year:
*For 2-day processing: Come prepared with 2 months of bank statements for bank account verification. You can also email these to firstname.lastname@example.org ahead of the call to save time.
Once we complete the introduction call, we’ll get you set up in the system. We may need to reach out to confirm some data along the way, but our goal is to simplify this process and get you up and running payroll by your scheduled go-live date!
